Function to select SecureArea and customize CreateKeySettings for a document.
The default implementation invokes selectSecureArea lambda if provided, or returns SelectedSecureArea(this.secureArea, suggestedCreateKeySettings).
Applications can override this method or pass a selectSecureArea lambda to the constructor.
Return
the SelectedSecureArea specifying the SecureArea and CreateKeySettings to use for key creation.
